Dr. Fuhrman's weekend immersion
The early bird pricing for Dr. Fuhrman's November weekend immersion ends on 9/15/11. I'm going to this and I want my friends to go too, so that's why I'm telling you about it. For purely selfish reasons.
I really wish I could go. I have been struggling this week to stay on the program. I'm sure the immersion would be a great motivator. I'm not giving up; just taking it one day at a time. On the positive side I got 5 hours of exercise in this week.
I'm going to the weekend immersion! Can't wait! Challenge is going really great. Medjool dates, who needs them! It helps that I no longer have any in my house!
Jane and Dru, I've been in both your positions. Jane, I'm sorry you are struggling. Don't give up. one day at a time as you say. At some point a switch will turn on and you will feel like Dru. It will go really well. You will be happy you are doing this. You will feel good and wonder why you ate that junk before. try try try. keep on trying.
