I don't know why but I love the black soy beans. They are so good to me. I think chick peas are still my favorite, black soy beans next, kidney next, black eye peas, then regular black bean. I've tried all the different kinds on my various trips, and these are my favorite so I didn't bother with the others this time.

Barb, you will love Yosemite! So pretty and lots of hiking opportunities, if you like that. Do you have a dehydrator? When I did Mt. Whitney last year, it helped to bring a lot of dehydrated veggies for soup when we camped.
I don't have a dehydrator but I might get one in the future. We'll be doing day hikes so I don't need to worry about the food. carrots and other raw veggies are natural water bottles. :)
