warm berry snack

This is a little snack or dessert to finish off a meal. I like it warm in winter. Shown in this picture is blueberries.

Ingredients:
3-4 walnut halves (or any nut or seed), chopped (about 0.5 oz), (OPTIONAL)
1/2-1 cup fresh or frozen berries
1 Tsp shaved coconut (unsweetened), or more if you prefer

Combine in a bowl, microwave until warm.

I made the soup! Mine was not identical, I kind of looked at Dr. Furhman's Anti-Cancer Soup. Mine wasn't just like his either. But, I am super pleased with the results!
Glad I waited on the carrots, and celery. :)
Your posts all look delicious, especially the blueberry snack. :)
I love sweets.
I made some date, and walnut balls this morning. I added two heaping spoons of cocoa too. Once I shaped them into 1" balls, I rolled them in finely ground almonds mixed with cinnamon. They are so good! I have eaten 3 of them, and two bowls of soup.;) I'm not going to be able to make them very often. I can't say no. :(

Hi Naina,

your date/walnut balls sounds great. I can't say no either! I would have gobbled them all up! Your soup sounds good--it's fun to experiment isn't it? Once you have a few key ingredients the rest can be just what you are in the mood for or have on hand.
