lunch: scraped fresh corn to freeze, ate a bunch while scraping (oops), ate a boiled ear with avocado butter, and some brussels sprouts cooked in the pressure cooker with spicy pecan vinegar. I ate too much of that delicious corn while scraping and got a wee bit of a tummy ache.
dinner: smoothie, carrots and celery, rest of the brussels sprouts. oh, then got home and had to make orange juice for house mate and there was a half of an orange left over so ate that. well, then I decided to have a fresh fig, and then an apple.
I ate more than enough today. I didn't eat any beans. I ate too much other stuff.
