sliced frozen banana & chopped walnuts
the title says it all. When my bananas get ripe, I peel them, break them up into pieces, and put into a plastic bag in the freezer. Well, it turns out they make a really good frozen treat either on their own or with chopped walnuts. just slice them, add the chopped walnuts, and eat them. yum!
