Hi Barb,I'm a big fan of Dr. Greger. He disagrees with Dr. Fuhrman, at least on emphasis, on several points. His review of the literature concludes that caffeine has some benefits and is safe in amounts up to 1000 mg/day (much more than I could handle). He seems very unworried about salt--- I find little if any concern about it in his DVD or on his website. And he is, of course, very strongly in favor of being fully vegan.
