breakfast: ice cream.
Lunch: fall micro salad. this is the last one of the season, I think. Several of the pomegranates were in bad shape so I combined the best of all of them. This salad has lots of pom seeds in it and will be yummy, so I'll savor it.
Dinner: micro salad and veggie bean soup.
I wonder what I'll make on Wed. I'll be low on groceries so it should be fun to see what I come up with.

I rarely comment..I just read...keep on blogging..you are a normal person who works, who travels, who eats simply...it is very helpful and inspiring to read your posts! Don't think they are boring or that we don't read:)I was in France and Germany at the same time you were..went to Christmas markets too ..had a time eating vegetarian, but I did pretty good..Coco
