Motivation tool

Sorry I haven't been blogging lately.   distracted I guess.   Anyway, this video showing what happens to your blood cells after eating fatty foods is pretty amazing.  It makes even a rare cheat meal unappealing.  The effects last for several hours at least.  yikes!

Barb: Check out my new asparagus soup recipe at under Recipes. I also made polenta from scratch (45 mins. of continuous stirring above a hot stove-lots of exercise). The end result was a wonderful creamy texture and terrific. I cannot stand the pre-packaged "roll" kind. YUK. Happy April!
