I just returned from a long weekend at a...Hi Barb,<br /><br />I just returned from a long weekend at a wedding in upstate NY. I take a backpack with me for my laptop and all the peripherals. In one of the pouches I had a zip lock bag with a weekend's worth of healthy snacks, mainly dates and almonds. I called ahead to the wedding reception and ordered a vegan meal, which not only turned out to be good, but as it turns out there were two other vegans at our table, my oldest son and his girlfriend.
